Trying to find the balance between taking too much and too little. I had made enough to cover lunch and dinner, so not all of it was eaten.
I have to work on labeling and packaging, I’m getting there. Labels either don’t stick or stick too well and I can’t get them off the containers. The best solution I’ve found so far is a masking tape base, with the label on top, applied before any hot or cold fill. It’s not ideal, but it is an improvement .


The portion size in the new containers is perfect, as is the ratio of stew to starch.
The mushroom paprikas with butter rice was a winner!
